I was a local kid who had plans to go to BYU and that fell through. SVC was close and offered what I needed. I entered SVC with a disability (Deslexia) that was never caught. At SVC a teacher caught it very fast and helped me find ways to deal with it. I was a student who would of never made it through college if I had gone anywhere else. Because of the confidence SVC bestowed on me I went in to get my Masters.
